SATELLITE IMAGES RAISE NEW QUESTIONS ON CHINESE ENERGY PROGRAM.

Orbital84, a commercial satellite imagery firm, released photos this week showing several construction projects across western China that it says share "significant structural similarities" with the Qinghai fusion facility.
The firm also noted that their archival imagery indicates that construction at these sites began eighteen months before the Qinghai announcement, and has expanded considerably over that period.
A State Department spokesperson cautioned against "drawing conclusions from commercial satellite photography" and reiterated that the original fusion claims remain unverified by any independent body.
