The Leonardo Project has shown to be a success at dramatically reducing staff stress stemming from vivisection studies.
Outsourcing the act of dissection itself to off-site, unaffiliated professionals and post-facto review of the captured feeds showed a marked increase in the affected staff's wellbeing.
Additional counseling opportunities are to be offered to the technician staff monitoring the feed directly, but it must be noted that they are easier to replace than scientific personnel.
